Hi Paul, I had to do the same for my S10e but on the driver's side. Kragen has an exact replacement for about $60 but you have to special order it. Carparts.com in Carson has them in stock for about half that + tax and shipping. I picked mine up in Carson to save the shipping...

52473676 is printed on the assembly label of the radiator. In the GM part database, it is discontinued, and refers to VPI. And the VPI parts database does not recognize the # Dead end. Are you certain you don't just have a mis-binned item? the number is correct for this item....
